Xenosaga characters are some of the few characters I could actually picture as real people, so I guess I would have to say Ziggy and Jin Uzuki. Ah the discussions we could have! (and the eye candy I could have!)

I would really love to meet Riku, Axel or Cloud IRL since they were by far my most favorite characters out of any game, Riku is just awesome at any level, Axel is prolly the coolest ive seen and Cloud was just so awesome that it killed me to beat him in Kingdom Hearts
