Manhunt 2 or Mortal Kombat. GTA defintely isn't, little dots of blood don't count

Mortal kombat is the most gory game series ever made. Manhunt and GTA take second place.

Series-wise would be Mortal Kombat. And Resident Evil is in it's own category of gory zombie killing.

I don't really know the anwser to this. I like shooting games and all but I'm not a huge fan of games that just go over kill on the gore. I think the first game to ever really surprise me with the ammount of gore was back when the first Half-Life game was big. I think the first time I played Team Fortress Classic I was like OMG!!!!!!! lol I did enjoy Team Fortress Classic but the gore really had nothing to do with it.

The goriest game I've played is probably Devil May Cry, you slash at a wall and it bleeds =P.

The original Soldier of Fortune game was pretty gory... It was actually the first to actually have innards spill out if (for example) you shot someone in the stomach with a shotgun... I believe that's just the start of it...I never did play Part 2, so I don't know if they carried on with the ultra gore...

I don't really know. The original Quake wasn't really gory, but it was kind of funny to see your opponents bounce into chunks of meat. The most gory game I've played is probably Halo, so that just goes to show.

Hmmmmm, Probably Half-Life 2, Assasain's Creed, Heavenly Sword or Devil May Cry 4.... Lots 'n' lots 'n' LOTS of blood in those games,

I think the game you're talking about is Unreal Tournament...maybe not, but the goriest game I've played in a while was the Soldier of Fortune Series. You could blow off individual fingers, limbs, head, even blow out someone's intestines.i'm not fully sure what the game is called and if anyone knows please say but it was a pc game i always played when i was youunger even though my parents didnt want me too becuz it was tht gory and i have to say it was worse then manhunt and much worse then dungeon keeper but it was a tournament gun style game and it was unbelievably gory you're objective was to kill everything

Some of the older mortal kombats ring a bell. I forget whether they were for the SNES or N64, but I used to play those often at other peoples' houses. Those fatalities were sick in multiple ways.Though I've never played it, I'd probably have to say Manhunt (from all the negative publicity it received over it).

I haven't played many gory games but I've played Resident Evil Deadly Silence which I thought was pretty gory but it wasn't fun.
