Maybe you guys won't believe this, but Pokemon Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald gave me two nightmares when I was around 5 or 6.

I'm those people who freak when something pops out from behind something, so both Dino Crisis and Parasite eve two when that one guy jumps off the roof at you he killed me plenty of times so i knew he was there but i still jumped.

Left4dead.. its too darn Shocking everytime a zombie attack in my back or a special zombie attack.

Definitely Turok for XBOX 360. I was just walking with my flamethrower then BAM!!!!! AH FRIGGIN DINOSAUR TWO TIMES BIGGER THAN ME JUMPS OUT AND STARTS TRYING TO BITE MY FRIGGIN HEAD OFF!!! So naturally i pulled out my knife and shanked him repeatedly in the face.

Fatal Frame games are definitely the most scary, put them on at night when you are alone and put them on your 5.1 surround sound, you'll be screaming for your Mummy! Those ghots pop up and grab you from no where!!!!!

i would have to say GTA4, because i dont know who will go crazy when playing it and start to kill every thing (we all know the story some crazy guy plays the game and gose even more nuts, ends up on the news and get people trying to ban it and spoils it for the rest of us).also i get the same way when playing MGS (stay in one place for a long time and move very slowly), dont know how i will ever finish that game in under 5 hours with out killing any one or been see by any one AND on the BIG BOSS level. those people that have done it are great gamers.AsrarQ*EDIT*: people the topic is "Games that weren't hyped as scary" so that means no Resident Evil or Silent Hill, thats why i did not chose them.

I used to be terrified of the ghosts in Pac-Man when I was like 3. Gave me nightmares, and I sucked at mazes so it was extra horrible.

i think fatal frame was the most scariest game ive pleyed that was like thatMetroid Fusion, for one. I don't even need to explain this one. Anyone who has played it, they know about the SA-X and what it does. Furthermore, the fact that Nintendo can make me sh*t bricks playing a game on a screen that is 3 by 5 inches is some kind of awesome.Also, Ocarina of Time was probably the game that ******ed up my childhood more than anything else. The worst would probably be the wallmasters. left 4 dead. those witches are possibly the creepiest enemies ever. especially if you play it with all the lights off when its dark outside. (you have to go into dark rooms without using a light to find them)

I got OoT when I was... 8? But I'd have to agree, Zelda got me scarred for most of my childhood. I stared seeing redeads in my sleep. Also, when i got my n64, naturally i started playing super mario 64. So it was all good....until i entered the castle for the first time. It was my first console, so i was up to the tv playing, and then BOOM. creepy music and an evil laugh go off and i get the &)(* scared outta me. good times.

Yeah, the Redeads were way too scary to be in a T rated game. And yet they're part of what makes OoT great.OMG! Same here! Damn the SA-X.And you think Wall Masters suck? REDEADS! GAY AS HELL!

hmmm, the sound Oblivion Zombies make when you cant see them but they can see you, that malevolent Gurgling moan tends to set my teeth on edge and then I flail around with a sword :spiteful:Also Half Life 2, Ravenholm level. The First time I played it was at about 2am, Id never encountered the Fast Headcrab Zombies before, and just hearing them and seeing them sprinting towards me in the distance was very un-nerving.I do.not.like.zombies. *Pulls out shotgun*Also, after playing Fable 2, while I wasn't freaked out by the Banshees I can easily see people getting frightened, the Balverines were very well done as well.
