Halo 3 has over 1 million reserves at GameStop alone. As far as sales go, I know Call of Duty 4 will not outsell Halo 3. Halo will win simply because it is halo. People still play it for hours every week, but I dont know anyone that has huge Call of Duty lan parties... yet people around here do it for halo all the time. So i figure Halo 3 will dominate all others games in sells for quite some time.

Halo 3 will easily beat Call of Duty i mean im not saying that Call of Duty sucks, but Halo is just one of those games that will go down in history. Halo 2 has been played online like 4 billion times i don't think Call of Duty will ever beat that.So i reckon Halo 3 will dominate all of its competitors!!!

In sales no freakin way Halo will sell a retarded amount. But in review score possibly but I think they will be about even there and just depends on your taste. I personally love both of them.

Halo 3 will sell better but won't be better.People are buying Halo 3 just because of quick retail sale on ebay.Just wait I estimate about 100,000 copy's of Halo 3 will be on ebay.

The halo series is already too deeply entrenched in most xbox players' mind to be the best... therefore despite however brilliant call of duty 4 may be... halo 3 will still kick its butt in sales and popularity

hmm 4 million you say?Thats only about 1/3rd of the 360 sales.So in reality its not that huge.Where as everybody who bought a wii bought Twilight Princess.

nah no way - it might be a better game, but it will never top halo 3 in sales. too many people hav been waiting too long for halo three to care about call of duty 4

Even if Call of Duty managed to score a perfect 11 out of 10 on reviews, and halo was down-right horrible, Halo 3 would sell more. Hands down. Halo 3 is simply too popular.

never! halo is the best shooter out there hands down. i don't care about realism or war games or anything like that. i've already come to know battle rifles, energy swords, covenant carbines, ghosts, wraiths etc.

i have played both halo 1 and 2 as well as cod 2 and 3 and to be honest halo has beaten them all i dont think the cod4 would beat halo 3
