I didn't buy the regular DS as I had an inner feeling that they will be a much more better version. And I was right! I bought two DS Lite. One for me and the other for my sister.

i realy have one ds. but come on talk about a waste of money having for example an 1st gen ds and buying a dsi just because it has a camera and then you find out that it the download software that you cherish more actually does not work on the dsi(boo hoo)

i got an original DS when it first cameout and now i have a DS lite right now. Next i'm gonna get a DSI.

I've bought the first one as it appears in sop for my son that was 5 old years.In 2008 we bought 4, one for each member of the famlly but no DSI. One of these is aldready dying because of treatment of my second son (4 to 5 years last month).We may buy a new one for him next year ^^.Précision, the original one still work but hard to find material relative to it.

My son has an old Gameboy advance, and my fiancee has an old clunky ds - and I just bought myself a ds lite. We'll probably get a second ds lite for my son to upgrade his gba for Christmas. I don't really know yet if he'll want to keep the gba around as a backup, or try to trade it in for game credit at our local CD Tradepost which has a lot of games.I passed up the expensive dsi's for the lite. I dont' need my ds to act like my cell phone.

I've personally bought only 1 ds lite but me and my brothers together bought 5!(including DS original, lite, and the DSi)

i dont feel the need to get another DS now that they have one with a camera. still does what i want it to so no need to replace it yet!

just the ds lite, didn't like the orginal design too bulky so i settled for a psp at first, but then r4 chip came along ds was snapped up asap

I have two, one is for my 7 year old doughter (loves it) and the other one is for my 3 year old son ( also loves it), maybe i should get one for myself.
