There are so many different old video game systems, what system do you miss the most? Mine, I miss the Sega Dreamcast and the N64.

Yeah, the Dreamcast did die before it had its chance to shine. It didn't help that you could rip almost any game off it though...I miss Atari, the old pitfall and other games were just so much fun back then and still are... i just wish i still had one.

I honestly miss the Dreamcast because it was far superior to the Playstation in EVERY WAY. The graphics were pretty darn close to that of the PS2. For example Marevel vs Capcom 2 as well as Resident Evil: Code Veronica which were not remade until the invent of the PS2 mind you. The games were awesome. Not to mention a side by side of the PS Marvel Vs Capcom and Capcom Vs SNK and their Dreamcast releases, the Dreamcast hands down spanked the Playstation all over the place. The triple comparison of Ms. Pac-Man: Maze Madness between the N64, PS, and DC. Again the DC was far superior. Plus was the VERY FIRST to have online play as an option Had it not bellied up it would have been awesome to see things like some Final Fantasy games on there. The control pads were a little bulky but nothing time couldn't have fixed. It could have stood up to the PS2 any day of the week but sadly was ahead of its time. Easily the dreamcast would be the system I miss most.Other systems for honorable mention: The Neo Geo home system, Samurai Showdown and such that only now are being re-released by SNK/Playmore. Again WELL ahead of its time. The N64 had some awesome and memorable titles, such as Paper Mario, Mortal Kombat Trillogy (which again owned even over the PS release), Killer Instinct Gold, Pokemon Stadium, Super Smash Bros. , Super Mario 64 which was the most awesome 3D Mario game ever, and The first 3 Mario Parties. The NES for it's massive array of titles for every taste. What this system lacked in graphics it well made up for in fun. Although thanks to that beautiful console known as the Wii we old School junkies can have it all with exception of handheld games in one nice neat package. Same with The Atari systems from the 2600 (again like the NES what it lacked in graphics it made up for in fun and variety) to the 800 computer (which had some awesome arcade perfect games for its day). They consistently improved graphically and probably had they stuck to improving beyond the Jaguar could have stood up to the systems now-a-days.

I miss my old Panasonic 3DO. Retun Fire was an awesome game for its time and although it was ported over to the Playstation it wasn't nearly as good as the 3DO version.

I miss the old NES the most, my family had it since before i was born, and we had about 75 games for it, then my dad decided to sell the whole thing because the console was starting to go, instead of buying another console... >.<
