I'm fairly certain that enough money would make me permanently happy. I could do nothing but travel the world, create art, meet interesting people and have fun for the rest of my life.

It can make you happy, because you feel free and relaxed because you're not on a tight budget and you can spend it on stuff you like. But I think that friends can make you pretty happy too!

I think money can't exactly buy happiness, but it can buy you the things that make you happy 
Like horses, or vacations, or whatever. The money itself doesn't make you happy and doesn't directly buy happiness- it just helps you along. It's your choice to enjoy your life and make it enjoyable/.

inreality, yes. i streongly disagree with it but yall gotta face the facts. the precious items we own u know the computer, tv, game system, etc. we couldn't obtain it with that magical word in which anyone who's anyone will dooo just about anything for large sums of it, money!

Of course it can. With money you buy stuff. Don't you get happy when you have nice food, presents, TVs and all the other millions of things that you can buy.But then again, it can also destroy you. You hear even rich people being depressed and having this and that problem.Money is just a part of all the happiness and sadness in the world. It's not the only contirbutor. You can still be happy or sad even without money.

It depends entirely on how you interpret happiness. If you look at happiness as the ability to immediately gratify your every want, then yes. In the most shallow, surface only, way enough money can buy "happiness." but for those of us with intelligence money is just a supplication to happiness. True happiness comes when you have money and know you would be just as happy without it. These people have the potential for much deeper and more lasting happiness than the others will ever feel

Just imagine a life where you had no money and you had to live with no electricity. You might still be happy but I'm sure you'd be happier with a fancy home and electricity and stuff. And that requires MONEY.But like I mentioned in one of my previous posts. Money is just a fraction of happiness. I don't think it can buy you true happiness. Money certainly lets you do more things with your life, but if you don't have companionship then you're out of luck. Money can buy friends, but are those friends "real"?
