I like elfen lied it's sweet and hellsings is pretty good to, but most of the soundtracks in animes seem to have a happy sound wich i don't like.

Fly Me To The Moon by Utada Hikaru (NG Evangelion). 
Other than that, R.O.D. The TV OSTs are also cool. ^^ And of course, there are MANY Sailor Moon tracks, but the ones above beat most of even SM tracks.

Deathnote has a crazy soundtrack. its all hardcore an then some usual anime music and then some more hardcore. I like that anime's music.

I don't know if any of you know the series, but the Gantz anime had some really nice intro music, it was really catchy and I never could stop myself from bobbing my head along with it

I never like Neon Genesis Evangeleon as an anime but the Sound track is cool! I also like Naruto, Bleach, SamuraiX and DNAngel.

Naruto and Hitman Reborn has the best soundtracks to me!

It trully is hard to choose among all the choices out there. First to come to mind is Papermoon and its ending theme by name of Bakusou yume uta from SoulEater series.

Well, I think Wolf's Rain has an awesome soundtrack... I'm definitely buying it... The songs are so cool... Strangers is my favourite! ^_^

hm, i enjoy miyazaki film's ost. joe hisaishi is amazingly talented and the music fit the films so well. some of it can be really touching, like the ones for hotaru no haka, or mysterious, like castle in the sky. i love it

Samurai Champloo has a lot of really good songs, and a few that I really don't care to listen to much. The quieter, slower ones are good homework music.

Samurai Champloo and Death Note were pretty cool.I liked the Death Note Theme Song for season 2. It just upped the Ante in that show.

Cowboy Bebop definatly has my favorite soundtrack. The songs were so numerous and varied, and they always fit what was happening. Yoko Kanno is a great composer, and The Seatbelts can play a really wide variety of music. The songs were intense when it was required, but mellow and saddening when they needed to be. The best part was how the lyrics of the ending song, The Real Folk Blues (and the track in the last episode, See You Space Cowboy), explained a lot of the plot of the anime, while still being amazingly catchy and well-written.

My favorite soundtrack was FLCL's. The music contributed to the OVA's spellbinding experience. I liked the music in Cowboy Bebop and Samurai Champloo. Seems like Shinchiro Watanabe has a thing for black music, which I can relate to
