Soul Caliber because they actually fight with weapons. My god am I sick of seeing the same old fist fighting thing. Only DBZ really impressed me with that sort of fighting game play.

I don't think you can compare the two games, soul calibur has astonshing designs while MK is just crap...it used to be really high quality a long time ago but now it's just pathetic.

Soul Calibur is awesome because everyone's fighting style is basically saying who's better than who, Nightmare uses the gigantic sword, Raphiel uses a Rapier, Kilik uses a staff, and Cervantes uses twin swords. There are so many. It's hard to choose who is best.

Soul Calibur is better because you can equip weapons, and you have more possibilities in that game.

This one's easy. Soul Calibur all the way. Mortal Kombat lost its place in my heart after the craptacular movie, MK: Annihilation.

Darn it where did I put that QDB quote now for Mortal Kombat. Oh well. Anyways Soul Caliber is the winner for me only because i haven't had the chance to pick up any of the newer Mortal Kombat games.
