why do you stay up so late?

I stay up late to either study or watch a movie. I only stay up late cuz i cant sleep

I stay up late because I simply can't be bothered getting up to go to bed. I normally relax on the chair watching telly/ on the laptop/ playing my DS

I usually stay up late during vacations, but main reason is I can't sleep. I can't help sleeping during the hot afternoon. I take long naps that during nighttime, I find it hard to sleep.But if I have something else to do, I stay up to finish work or study. And sometimes my hobbies like sewing and drawing takes out my free unsleepy times.I hope I don't have insomnia because I've been staying up late for two weeks straight. My body clock seems to have been messed up. My dad found me awake typing things up and posting in forums and told me that I should go to sleep. He might have a heart attack the next time he gets to be surprised to find someone in the middle of the night. Yeah, he woke up just to go to the bathroom. He even joked that I might become a vampire, someone who's awake at night and asleep in the morning. I rephrased the joke, not a vampire but a call center worker. (in my place, people who work at call centers, are working at night...)

I'm up late mainly because I'm a night owl and I used to have a grave shift job. I'm just more comfortable when the moon and stars are out rather then the sun.

I stay up late because I'm an insomniac. That, and I seem to get a lot more done at night than during the day.

Depends. It might be because I need to get something done or sometimes because I just can't sleep at all. During the school holidays it's usually the latter since I tend to stuff up my sleeping patterns ;P

Hahahaha I'll never stay up just for the fun of it.lol. However, I will stay up late IF I'm having fun such as playing video games. But usually I have to stay up to do projects, I don't usually stress over simple assignments but projects....well those are the one I have to start to burn the midnight oil as they say

The reasons for me staying up late is because I forgot to sleep(yes, it happens), I can't sleep, or I'm working on something important.
