IMO he should just be a suprise boss in one of the games, personally i believe it would be sweet if he killed ganondorf and then you had to fight him to finish the game, Ganondorf is just too easy a boss after taking on some of the better ones in the game.

i found the best way to beat him was dins fire or the megaton hammer... Dark Link is a very good adversary though

I wonder why it didn't have Dark Link in TP, then again it won't make sense because well we killed him in Water Temple back in Oot

Dark Link had the potential of having a bigger role, but killing him is fine too.

Dark Link was arguably one of the greatest mini-bosses in the zelda series, very atmospheric fight and often challenging, especially for those L-Targeting reliant.

Didn't Dark Link die? I'm pretty sure I killed him. He was a good mini-boss though.

He could be reborn into something amazing. I hope he is back though, he was a fun boss in OOT.

Yeah, he was awesome... It would be pretty cool if you could play as him... lol =P Tough too... Should've kept him; expecially in Twilight Princess, it would've been sooo appropriate... Ooh and the room you fought him in was beautiful... I loved it... too bad it disappeared when you murdered him... *sighs*

Eh, if they had Dark Link as the main boss as some type of enbodiment of Link...it'd sound like a Kingdom Heart's rip off lol

Although Dark Link never reappeared in a console game, he did play an important role in a gameboy advance game, I believe it was 4 swords. Anyway, i know most of you probably would have wanted to see him as a 3D villain but he played an important role there so I don't think he will play any other vital roles in any games.

It's a shame he's only in OOT. It was a nice change and challenge playing against yourself for all intensive purposes.

yeah... its a nice idea to fight against one's self. To find your true ability and strength....but doesn't that make it all the more cliche? As to someone who said that DL was good for fan art, so is Oni Link! muah ahhahaa. now he's cooler.

Dark Link got so much fanservice, they put him in BRAWL. Now THAT is an acheivement for Nintendo's favourite dopleganger. Also, I'd like to take this oppertunity to say that the hammer didn't work for me - he just backflipped out of the way =/

definitly was a hard enemy. the being able to counter almost everything you could throw at him was definitly a pain. but the longshot was worth the fight. they should really bring dark link back as something other than an event match in SSBB. not to say that was bad... but could do with a bit more involvement i'd say.
