I'm gonna say tornado, you don't see them coming and they seem to do way more damage

They are both equally dangerous. A tornado could do incredible damage without any time to prepare and a hurricane does more damage over an area but u have more time to get away.

a hurricane because it has a wider range

dunno dont get them where i live http://www.dgemu.com...tyle_emoticons/default/smile.gif

i live in sc we never get tornados

Hurricane Kick or Tornado Kick...I think the Hurricane Kick is worse. Sounds more devastating.

1. Hurricanes are very large, can deal heavy damage to a huge area, not to mention they can spawn tornadoes, create floods, cause storm surge, and deal a devastating amount of damage over a long period of time and over a larger area. Hurricanes can be easily tracked and can be avoided if the person is prepared.2. Tornadoes are much smaller than hurricanes, have higher wind speeds, and last from a few seconds to a few hours. Large tornadoes have a tendency to deal more damage in smaller areas, although there are exceptions like the Tri-State Tornado. Tornadoes are accompanied by hail and normally follow severe thunderstorms that can deal damage even before the tornado hits. On top of that, tornadoes can be tracked, but are more unpredictable than hurricanes. Both tornadoes and hurricanes vary in size and strength, but which one is more dangerous depends on the actual storm itself.

Hm, I guess I can't reply with certainty because I've never been in either but from what I know, hurricanes are more damage to a larger area while tornados can really devestate one smaller region. So it really depends on how far you are from both. Between being stuck in a tornado's dead center and being in a hurricane, I would prefer the hurricane.

i'd say a hurricane is worse because a tornado u can escape from while a hurricane is harder to dodge

It really depends... A tornado destroys more fully everything in one specific area. A hurricane might leave some things standing, but does more damage all spread out.

Hurricanes, more people die from them each year and they do a lot more damage.

That's tough because of context. For example, many hurricanes don't reach land and are just out there in the ocean. However, I hear that when they do reach land, they can break off into tornado(e)s. I don't know, but I'm gonna go with hurricanes anyway, because they cause more damage.

A hurricane is worse because it causes a incredible amount of damage, and you can usually see a tornado coming in time to get to safety.

I'm gonna say tornado. A hurricane you can hunker down and possibly ride out. Little harder to do that with a tornado.

My opinion:If either one hit your house, you would be screwed.Just depends on where you live.Since i am Landlocked pretty far on all sides, tornados are far more likely to hit me.

Hurricanes/typhoons for me (see my username). My biggest fear is flooding and a goddarned tornado won't ever cause a deluge.

I think a hurricane and tornado are both pretty scary. I mean tornados are basically dry hurricanes that are on land.

Hurricanes do a whole lot more damage but you can see them coming quite a bit in advance but can't predict their path.Tornadoes can just pop up in the dozen and come at you and then suddenly die off.

i think a tornado is just a smaller version of a hurricane, so a hurricane's worse
