Oh yeah. The feeling I get from it is so awesome. I wish I could do it more so I could get better at it but, there are no classes or anything like that around here...

no i havent, but i will!!i plan to join the archery club and then startshooting arrows

i used to join the archery club in school,but was kicked out after missing out 6 meetings due to laziness.pretty good up to 25m,but sucks after that.am i good,its your call.

I have done it for two different one-week periods (summer camp). The first was with a standard longbow, my accuracy was horrible. The second was with a nice compound bow, it was so easy to shoot.

Yeah, I did mine at a summer camp thing.We had this game where each shot changed a part of your holiday I.e. Who you're going with, how you get there, how much you have to spend, etc.It was pretty fun.

Yeah, I tried it. I can shoot an arrow through a cardboard box, actually, it comes out of the other end if I pull off the feathery thingies on the end of it.Also, just to give you some advice, you need:wax for cleaning the bowfingerpad in case that your bow is really hard to pull back (my hands were bleeding when I pulled too hard!

We had to do it in gym once. It's actually pretty fun, but you have to have some decent arm strength, plus arm guards... surprisingly, it's pretty easy to do, just start up close

i tried japanese archery, kyudo once. that was difficult mainly because of all the ritual moves you have to make before actually firing the arrow. i sucked at that part as well.

Archery is crazy fun. I was doing it in gym and the teacher managed to get the arrow to go straight through the target and past the tarp.

I've tried it before at home with the crappy toy ones and at school and if you shoot your bow wrong with the school ones the string will really sting if it rubs against you skin.

ooo... Yup. Tried it out once. It was a school activity. But that was quite some time ago already...Archery sure is a fun activity to try out. And it makes you feel really good when you actually hit the target (or at least, for me, since i never ever even seem to be able to land the arrow on the target sheet, nevermind the bull's eye.. ^^;

Yeah, Iv'e been shooting since 3rd grade and I use 70 pound bows. I also make them sometimes, I'm making an english long bow right now as well as some bodkin arrows.

Tons of fun. I started in 7th grade when I found a bow in a yard sale. I have dabbled ever since. IT is fun. In Japan they have horse ridding bow shooting contests. that looks way cool.

i tried it at a camp. i sucked at it alot...first shot...backwards ><..second shot...to the far left almost hitting the arrow house.

Yeh i have, it was pretty cool, sometimes i make mini bow and arrows and shoot them at targets myself.
