I wish I could have, but there was much competition. It was better to wait anyway, for then you could get many good games! I got mine for my birthday about 5 months later, so it was all good. The great memories of playing Zelda for the first time were great.

none of the stores in my area had any left when they first brought out the WIIPOINTS were deducted for this post by KM.Please refer to the forum rules to find out why your points were deducted.

Ha that's a funny question. I didnt get my Wii ti summer last year two years after release I believe Wiis back then were redonculuosly scarce

I wasn;t interested in Wii Fit at all around the time it launched, well until NOW really. i thought it looked rubbish and boring and wouldnt really do anything. but i bought it 3 weeks ago and its great! i thought the yoga is a brill way just to get started and its nice that its in your home, you dont need to go to the gym and its fun to play wiht the family. PLUS i saved at least £100 because its a year later since its release and i got it off Amazon 
i recommend it, probably not in sumemr so much, i;'ve been outside more now the suns out..its not often the suns out in my country!

My mom got me one on launched day. She had to get there really early to make sure she got one since every store selling it had a very limited supply.

NO way I waited until I got a good deal on one at christmas 08 actually I wanted to see what they were going to bring out for it as well there are alot of terrible games for both the Wii and the DS. But glad I have one now well worth the wait x

This is a pretty nice post.GPs were deducted for this post, please read the rules! - Sir VGI bought mine on launch day, did you guys? I waited like 2 hours in line on launch day, but I went ahead and preordered mine so that i wouldn't have to wait longer? If you didn't get yours on launch or still don't have it, did you or do you have a really hard time finding one?

I didn't, the price I think was a bit lower and I didn't have to wait in line either. It was still hard to find one though, I'd after was better.

I waited 5 hours in line to pre-order and got out on November 18th going into the 19th at midnight to pick it up then my Wii collapsed on the floor and broke so I had to buy a new one

I didn't get mine on lunch day. I got mine about a year later for Christmas. I preordered it when I knew a new shipment was coming in. Just waited a couple of weeks and just went to pick it up.
