From what I know, there is no way to get the form of Amaterasu during the final fight with Yami, although I do agree that she looks her best during this fight. The karmic transformers you get are mostly renditions of the 8 Canine Warriors from Kusa Village, but there are three variants on Amaterasu; Amaterasu with no red markings, statue Amaterasu, and I believe the ninth transformer is a version of Amaterasu in early game concept art and screenshots.
