Final Fantasy will never stop making money though. I'm thinking there will be a last one someday... maybe even in our lifetimes. At some point, they're going to pull the plug on the longest RPG series... woot.. that'll be sad.
When will there be a actual FINAL fantasy?

Actually the first one was supposed to be the final one since it was Square's last chance at making a good game. It worked.

in my oppinion it will never end. maybe it will end as a series on one game system but then move onto another. i don't know if this would be called the end of series, but whatever. final fantasy is a great series of games and i hope it will never be over because i'm planning on getting everyone of them.

I hope FF games never end...i just like them all so much...if they could do a remake of all of them for the \PS2 I would buy them all!
