ohmygod i hated it. i could never control mario right, like i always messed up and did all those weird jump things when i didn't mean to. it was really annoying. plus the bosses were hella hard.yeah so it suckedddddddddd

i enjoyed it and it still retained some of the mario magic, but it is very weak in comparison to the mighty mario64. its just not in the same league. galaxy looks promising though...the true sequel?

It was my first game I ever got for gamecube, and honestly I enjoyed it so much I completed it 100%, and still carried on playing it.

YES!... when i saw the advertisements..i was like "no way! mario with actuall tools and a water gun?!!!"... but then a year or so later i got the game... and it was just another mario game... just like 64... the original on NES was soooooooooooo much better than any of the 3d mario games.... mario just isnt made for the z-axix! (get it... 3d graphing is based on an x, y, and z axis... 2d is only x-axis and y-axis... )

Yes It was a huge disappointment I'd never has an N64 but I played Mario 64 at a friends house hoping for something like that but I got a really crappy game.

i think its not so good mario game... i prefer paper mario...super mario sunshine is not for u if u like good old mario games...but if u like super mario 64 then maybe sunshine is also good for u
