I have tried what I can by fiddling with the 3D settings. Enabling/disabling the extra options doesn't seem to make much of a difference. OpenGL sometimes shows colors for a second in the bottom screen (main 3D area?) but it is very choppy. SoftRasterize seems to run it more smoothly, but it still has no color. "None" sometimes just shows a black bottom screen. I have tried running it in 800x600 16 bit colors and 1024x768 32 bit colors and haven't seen much of a difference other than the size of the window. I do have to run it without SSE because I have an older computer, but I haven't tried any other games, so it might be this rom. Should I try running a different emulator? If so, which one would work best for a slow computer? Oh yeah, teh speks:Windows XP Professional Service Pack 3Intel Celeron Processor897 MHz, 512 MB of RAMThanks in advance.

Now if you absolutely can't get this to work, your only other option is no$gba 2.6a but that emulator runs far worse in general at this point so no guarantees there. If you still can't get it, please post your system specs including CPU, RAM, and video card.

Wikipedia claims that his processor only supports SSE, not SSE2: http://en.wikipedia....#Coppermine-128Could perhaps be a driver issue? Or maybe the emulator uses graphics rendering code that relies on technology not supported by older graphics cards?EDIT: Got it using SoftRasterizer in the "3D Settings" menu and why are you using the non-SSE2 version? Any CPU that is a Pentium 4 or newer supports SSE2 instructions. You say you have an older PC but it can't be THAT old and still run NDS emulators at a decent speed. Try the regular version too. Also, there's no need to fiddle with your resolution and colour depth. Fortunately, that sort of thing disappeared after the Windows 98 era of gaming.

If you use no SSE then that is a possibility, if not then your computer isn't fast enough OR (most likely), due to the running in game and the motion making it always move that could be what is slowing the Emu down.i use desmume 0.9.5 32 bity my emulator so laggy??not the speed...but when i try to save the game (fifa 10) it stucked
Cause it plays the most ROMs, has the least amount of program add-ons need to run those games and it easier to run. What are the major advantages of this emulator as compared to others? Why is this one the most recommended

I believe this happened to me a while ago, check your computer resolution. I think it was an issue with 16 bit colors which aren't supported, only 32-bit, just change that and it should work fine (it it was the same thing that happened to me).Okay when I run the latest desmume version the colors are all messed up.Sticking to mainly yellow and blue.No matter what is done to the size of the emulator, nothing changes.

was gonna try it on the no$ next but i didn't want to waste ~1 hour of playing time, when you say switch to opengl are u talking about DSEMU or no$gba? Also where do i find the option for this?EDIT: NEVER MIND, I just realized it was loading slower than usual I.E. more than 1 minute, it IS working but it was just being slower than usual at this town than other towns.Try no$? If you switch it to opengl it works fine.
