Old ones. However, Sonic chronicles looks great. Dispite it being an RPG.

I actually prefer the newer ones, but I still have a place for the oldies. Despite what everyone says, the newer games aren't THAT bad. It seems to me that SEGA is experimenting with Sonic and his games (although I do agree they could spend a little more time on them). Now I try to keep an open mind when playing Sonic games (which seems to be thr problem with some Sonic fans these days) and not set my expectations too high so I'm not utterly let down (which is why people are still butthurt over Sonic 06)

Old sonic rocks?!?!? I have the Sonic Mega Collection for the Gamecube, and I love it!!! Rinstar and Mean Bean Machine are the best!!

the classic ones were the bestlastly sonic games are always the same, just going in a 3D path

I love the old sonic games. I grew up on those classics. I can still remember that music perfectly! The first 3D sonic games I played on the dreamcast kinda ruined it for me. It was the same game played like 7 times with different characters. And you play it with the cool characters first, then are left to play the entire game with Biggs the catt. sigh.

The clasics will always win... even though one day halo 3 will be considered a classic in the next, oh, 10 years.

Old Sonic is boss, new sonic has a bunch of random stuff in it.. v_v, Retro is the way to go for classic games like Sonic

As a general rule: I like the old sonics better. Sonic adventure2 and sonic and the secret rings are two exceptions to that rule though
