i generally build my own PC, but its much easier to just have a console. You dont have to worry about if you need to re-spec your machine.. and if you need to lug it off to a friends place a console is a lot easier to travel with! Console gaming is where its at!

If you buy a computer that is far too fast, you can wait with upgrading but that sort of computers DO cost much more

Rather than spend a lot of money to get more memory so that you can play a PC game, why not just buy a new PC? They tend to run games better and can hold a lot more information. And having a new PC is GREAT. I play Sims 2 on my laptop--or I did before something got screwed up-- and I have no problem with it, because it's a fairly new machine.I'll play any game, so long as it's worth playing and worth paying for! And if I have to get a new PC to do it, then so be it-- so long as I have the money.

A definite no.I want to buy a 360, but Im only gonna buy one If I can Find 5 games that I will be totally addicted to for a good while. I currently have 2: Fable 2 and Overlord. Plus, you would be amazed at what you can get a computer to run if you aren't too fussed about graphics. My computer has NOTHING going for it, its going on 3 years old, everything is outdated and slow, and yet you can find me playing Call of Duty four online with a better ping than half the people playing. Very strange...so dont knock PCs, people who constantly upgrade never slow down long enough to actually test the limits of their systems.
