I agree with you and i like grass types the best anywayI will choose bulbasor because i can find fire pokemon & water also but not grass....that what i think... what about u ??//

I always choose the water starter. Except in Ruby, where Blaziken is way better than Swampert.

I usually choose Charmander. If not, then Squirtle. Never Bulbasaur. I hate that ugly thing <.<

You know it's funny. I choose a Squirtle in my red version, it was the only time choose something that wasn't fire.

I chose Squirtle because I liked his cry the most...probably not the best decision, but it was something unique.

I have tried all three and in the end Charmander has always been the one on fire for me.Reasons:- There are not many other good Fire types in most- It can learn the HM Fly and flying moves- Takes down almost all wild pokemon in grass areas easily.- Very useful against Elite Four.Evolve it into Charizard to get the full blast!!!

I alway chose Squirtle because Fire was usless against Onyx in the first gym and u dont come in contact with any lightning pokemon for quite a ways into the game. Not to mention blastoise is awesome

charmander is the best for the long term. bulba is just weak, but not so weak that completing the game is a challenge, so I just don't pick it. Squirtle is good for a quick game, you can get like 4 badges without catching another pokemon.

Charmander is the best... so much better than the gay pikachu... i like so much use fly on him when he evoles to charizard on my GBA games... 
Charizard is one of the best pokemons... But pikachu OMG... how a gay-pet like that can be the hero of the cartoon...
