in version emeral i like blaziken it is a fire pokemonin version fire red i like chemonlizzard because i like fire poke mon

Personally, I like anything that can use earthquake. It is probably one of the (or probably the strongest) move for pokemon.In R/B/Y and FR/LG I like charmander as the starter pokemon (fire forever!!!). In G/S I like Chikorita (Razor leaf rocks!!!!), and In R/S/E I like Mudkip, who is very cute ^_^

. I have yet to play Diamond or Pearl

Bulbasaur all the way...until it turns into that behemoth of a plant. <_<When G/S/C came out, I got Gold/Crystal and chose Chikorita/Cyndaquil. I preferred having Chikorita thoWith R/S/E, I stuck with Treeko, the best Grass Pokemon ever to existOn DP, I chose Piplup, I wanted to choose something other than the grass type(took me 3 generations to finally do that)

I was always partial to pikachu at the start (playing pokemon: yellow...of course) He's admittedly pretty useless against brock, but he takes Misty out with no problems.

I usually pick Charmander. He might be useless against Brock at the beginning, but a Charizard is one of the most powerful pokemon.

I went with Bulbasaur, as it was recommended in a Nintendo Power guidebook. It did make Brock and Misty much easier, but nowadays I typically choose Squirtle.

i remember when i was in fourth grade and i got my first pokemon red game..i had like no idea what pokemon was,but charmander looked the coolest, so i chose him!
