i;d have to go with squirtle... get past brock with ease but the next few become hard

For some reason I went with bulbasaur, not really sure why. He sure worked out well though.

Bulbasaur for me. Best choice, in my opinion, because he could do the first two gyms without any trouble, and towards the end you get the ground who has some rock in him.

I chose a Squirtle because I really love Water Pokemon!!!I didn't choose a Charmander because I will eventually get a Moltres sooner, same type yet even stronger since its legendary...and I didn't choose Bulbasaur because there are few good Grass-type moves

The first time I think I chose Charmander... but later I chose Bulbasaur because it is more effective against the first two gymleaders :rolleyes:

squirtle was the best choice but charizard was so cool that you had to pick charmander lol

i think charizard is great cuz he can fly nd he is my special friend

I pick Squirtle, 'cause I use him for surfing all the times.If you use Charmander, catch Mankey on Route 2 as advantage over Gym Leader Brock's Rock-type Pokémon.

charmander is my first starter pokemon that i first used. it was very handy later on in the game compare to the other 2.

I chose Squirtle for a good defensive pokemon and it turned out to be good...Just two weakness compared to the other two... (Electric and grass)Charizrd (Rock electric water)Venosaur (Psychic fire ice flying etc...)

although he makes the game harder, charmander. There's something about a dinosaur on fire... it's like essence of awesome, covered in liquid awesome.
