Tooooooooo big. The hand doesn't look so good, try fading the image into the background.

Looks pretty good to me, the best I can do is my avatar, and I look at a normal picture, I think I just changed the face, that is my best work, oh, and if you can see my IBRpg character, i drew him too, he's pretty goofy.8/10 though, lookin good man.

I like the colours/border/font but on the picture her hand is half missing. It is also to big so i say 7/10

its ok, not bad, but too big, way too big, and the border is a bit plain, but you are just starting so not bad

Something about that cought my eye too, but I don't like that border at all. The blending layers seem to be kept to a basic which is good, fadeing the anime chick I think would make it look worse. Just edit the PSD file to around 400-450 to 100-200. and DEFFINENTLY edit that border, the bit that sticks out ruins the hand. But I do say that even though it has it's faults I love the colour you chose and I also love the writing and cloud layer. Well done ^.^
