I am a hardcore gamer and have been since I played River Raid. Yeah, I'm almost 30 so what. The only problem I have with remained a hardcore gamer is waiting for my 4th Xbox 360 to return from Mesquite, TX from repairs. God, why can't the most powerful company in the world fix a simple gaming system. I mean it's been out for years and still just up and dies for no reason. Can't Bill Gates make a system with a Nintendo longevity. My NES still works, my SNES still works, hell my first Gameboy still runs...just turned it on to see if it would. So yeah, hardcore gamer but hardcore mad that I can't play.

I'm a hardcore gamer. Since i started playing i have got every new system to come out. I also play competively for a few game and have made some money from it.

Well I play them mostly for enjoyment, but I play them enough to be considered "hardcore".I'm just gonna stick with calling myself casual.

Hmm.. I can spend literally the whole day playing games, granted if I do not get screamed at by my mum, or have stuff to do.. yep.. So, I guess I'm considered a hardcore player?

Hmm... I play video games alot but they're mostly tactical, strategy, and thinking games. I count that as intense so im saying hardcore gamer.

i'm a hardcore gamer in the sense that i love to play and play alot, i'm not the annoying type of gamer that has to win and gets mad when i don't, i love a challenge. so getting beat occasionally is fun

Im more right in the middle between casual and hardcore a little bit closer to hardcore though. I try to beat the game on every diffulculty(sp?) and try to get all the unlockables so yeah.

i was a hardcore gamer until i had to balance a 10 hour work schedule with the gym as well as taking care of a family. i still paly the occasional shooter or rpg once in a while though, but not as often anymore. theres more important things in life.

If it's a new, addictive game, I'm a hardcore gamer.If it's an old favourite, one that I've played a lot or finished multiple times, I'd say casual.

I think i am more of a casual gamer. I do, however, like to beat the game on the hardest difficulty i can and I'm a HUGE Achievement whore, so i don't know what i would be classified as.

I'd say I'm in between, I play games alot but I also take breaks, but through and through I'd say hardcore considering the fact I love games and I learn about some that I may get before I even get it.

I'm a casual gamer. I only play hour and a half (if that) a day. I don't give a crap about my K/D ratio, especially in really fun games like Team Fortress (Orange Box FTW). I have my moments; but I don't take my gaming that seriously.
