Well if you literally mean it, ofcourse. Especially if they use emulators. (no offense to the owner of this site). Well one can establish self-esteem if they always win.

Cheaters often win the game, but as a player they are not very good if they have to cheat to compete with their peers. Personally, I cheat all the time in one player games because some games have really sucky rulings, but never in online or multiplayer games. I keep my online and multiplayer games clean because I expect the same of my opponents and fellow team mates.

this really depends. Some of the old FPS games have cheat codes in them and I used them to win. ok I guess thats a yes. I used to play a very good game for its time called Fighters Anthology, all u have to do is go in the menu to turn the cheats on or off. I used them to win. Im lazy and just want to beat the game, dont really have all to see what the endings like.But theres games like Call of Duty 4 and Halo 3 where cheats arent needed so cheating here isnt an option.

cheating is just to make the game more easy but it is't as intertaning as if you play it with out

makes not much of a difference to me at all, as long as I win in single thru pwning im good. but always cheating isnt always that fun.

cheaters win but it takes a lot shorter time for those that doesn't use cheatcodes. Max stats is what make the game fun for me. On certain games, I would play without cheats.

I have cheated before, but don't do it often it at all anymore... except in Soul Caliber tournaments.... stupid computers spam move! 
Anyhoo.... cheating online is not cool, cheating offline, alone, in the dark gaming sanctum is ok.... as long as you don't consider yourself a god for doing so.... *Rolls around*

Well, cheaters can really consider what they do winning because cheating is an admission that they can't beat the game, or beat it in the manner that they want to, without cheating. So even if they win in the idea of beating the game, they lose in terms of just the basic idea of gaming for the challenge.And as a note, this is different from hacking, or just having fun with a game. There are some games where, once you've beaten them, you do things to either make it easier for you to do other things, like level faster or achieve goals, or to make things harder for a greater challenge. But that's different from just cheating to beat the game. Think about it, if there's something that's really difficult, like some of the goals in Super Smash Brothers Brawl, or the dragon in Gaia Rock in Golden Sun: The Lost Age, they give you a way to get them without cheating. The hammers you earn in Brawl and weakening the dragon with the light beams in Golden Sun. There's nothing wrong with using what you're given. Using exploits, like jumping through walls or other things are cheating, but often serve no purpose other than shortening the game.

Well, yes cheaters win, but they also lose all bragging rights on that game, cheating also ruins the fun and challenge of the game so you probably shouldn't cheat before you win the game at least once, another big problem with cheating is that you become reliant on using cheats and have trouble playing the game normally and then I personally have a big problem in that I am easily bored and cheating makes most games incredibly boring.

Hell no. You cheat, means your making fool out of yourself, by lying to yourself that your winning. Pls, whoever brag about winning a game by using cheats, you really need help from psychologist, coz a game is meant to be play as it is. No risk no fun.
