Cheaters do win, that's why they cheat. I would never cheat against another person, but sometimes it fun just to mess around.

There is always a point where I want to cheat in grinding games: xp, money, etc. I don't see the point in doing meaningless tasks for hours to get 100% completion. But I usually end up not cheating, mostly because I can't unless playing a rom. When I can cheat, I try to beat the game legit once, then cheat it out if I want. But just telling your friend yea I cheated this game, sort of is lame.

The pleasure a cheater gets after completing a game is much less than a person who uses time,hard work and dedication.So my answer would have to be no.

Its depend what type of cheat you are using, if you are using cheat to make you invinsible yes you are a bad cheater and you dont deserve to win, but if your looking on internet to know what to do next when your lost your good, I mean everybody can be lost somehow or somewhere you know!

I only use cheats if I have problems with finishing a game otherwise it's not fun and challenging to play a game

I always beat a game before i cheat, makes life much more fun this way! Cheats can make life boring after a while, so i dont cheat first time.

ditto, i've ruined many a game for myself by cheating prior to beating it... I've learned my lesson now.

I don't cheat in games, I think the closest I got to that was using the codes for the Numberman Trader, but my chip folders I make myself.As far as cheaters go, I've never been OWNED, just beaten. They laugh until I point out that I held up pretty good against a GOD mode that they hacked while using skills/tactics I made myself. That always wipes the smile from their smug faces... x"P

Lol, the Numberman Trader. I checked those numbers in every games in the serie.

duh of course they win. umm they cheated lol. well not in all cases do nice guys finish last. but when a cheater cheats hes only putting in the least amount of effort so think of it that way.

The only reason I would cheat in a game would be that I'm stuck in the game and that doesn't happen very often because I try anything and everything.

Cheating spoils the game, those who do it for online games is shameful. They ruin the game for others and if you play roms at least pass the game first before you cheat.

depends on your definition of cheating. usually, if its a first play thru, i'll stick to no cheats or faq's. after that though, its always fun to play around and see what else you can do with the game once you cheat, or pull up guides to see what i missed if its a super complex game. that way i get more replay value and get to enjoy all of the game, not just what i can find ^^

lol, you know how fun it is to ride a flying tank in GTA games? or to do that Rhino do the break dance and then explode!I don't cheat games to win, only to have fun!

I think this post basically summed up my opinion exactly. In some games, cheating feels like it's part of the experience, so I don't think it should necessarily always be shamed. yeap. It's kind of like using a walkthrough for certain games.

Also yes they win, since they cheat to win. :V

Even when cheaters win, they lose, because they miss out of the fun and the challenge of having to actually put some effort into winning a game. Cheating takes all of the excitement out of winning.

I love to cheat in pokemon games, and hacking my own custom poke is more fun for mew than playing through the story, i spend hours tweaking poke stats, and setting up teams, so cheating in games is really fun for me. esp poke games

Well sometimes.. cheating for hard game, i think it's very helpfull but it would not fun anymore, right? Don't you want some challenges? Because when that time we win, it will make us so happy. (Unforgetable moment)
