Depends on the game. If it is something simple like mario bros. 3..a few hrs. but if it is somehting collassal like say, Ocarina of time or a final fantasy game, it could take weeks.

Zelda: Ocarina of Time - A few weeksGoldeneye - Few hours or a daySupermario Bros - An hour, I guess? ...Or even lessMario Kart - Half an hour or less :lol:But GTA: Vice City? My first time playing GTA: Vice City 100% perfect, I used about 300+ hours. It's hard to find every single hidden items/objects without any help of walkthroughs and such. And I NEVER use walkthroughs or cheats at all. Or... I use cheats when I'm done with the game.

Umm...depends. 2D games'll take me a day, but most RPGs take me a week or two, maybe a month or those in-depth super-hard ones.

I never perfect a game unless I'm absolutely engrossed in it to the point that I have nothing else to play.. and considering that hasn't happened to me since the SNES era I think I'm out of that phase.

Ocarina of Time could be done in a few days, maybe only 3 or 4 if you play like 3 hours a day or so..

Platform games (DK64) probably a week or so. (Of Actual Playing Time).Fighting etc (all characters) a day or so. With RPG's like FFVII/VIII months (all chars 100% etc). i usually dont play one game till i finish it, i play a bit, play something else, and juggle them around. (Etc took from Jan-August to finish Twilight Princess, onlyy was 50 hours of playing though).

Getting 100% usually takes around a days worth of time for easy, short games. Others take around a weeks worth of time...give or take a few hours/days.Yeah, sometimes I don't complete a game, just 'cause it's not even worth it.

I completely agree, as much as it does irk me to know that there are a few rubbish games in the past that I didn't bother completing fully, anymore with most of today's games it'll take a couple days tops. There are a few diamonds out there that'll actually keep me going for a week or two.

To be honest I've never even bothered to complete a game to 100%. To beat the final boss or manage to beat the hardest part of the game is more then enough for me.
