Is there someone who also plays The legend of zelda for the ds ? If u do , pls help me. Its like this , I use the r4 for the ds. When I finish downloading the game and copied it in the r4 folder and start playing it theres this error about saving. I restart the ds and change it to 2m flash and it works ! But ... here comes my problem , after playing it for awhile , I saved the game and turn off the ds. Later on when I turn on my ds and play the game theres this error that pops out says that the save file is corrupted. Can anyone help me about this prob !? I checked online and they told me to update my r4 and I did , but still it didnt work.

The save type is 4Mbit flash, not 2Mbit.

Well yeah , I download it and copied Moonshl and the two other files in my r4 . But its strange , when I go on google and type r4 pictures , thos r4s are different than mines . I mean I dont have a micro sd TF (http://www.r4ds.com/img/wa.jpg) simply just the r4 card (and it doesnt have a hole to put the tf) and a gba cassette with an usb link cable. (Hope I dont need to buy a new one , I bought this one in China though)Well anyway after I copied the files to the r4 ..... what now ? I also try playing zelda but I still got the same error "save file is corrupted)PS : Oh .. and also when I open my list of games after upgraded it to v 1.11 theres this new icon named "_DS_MSHL.Nds " or something . After when I click on it it shows me that theres an error trying to reach the disc/file and after 3 seconds it shows me a list of the games and save datas. But when I click on one of those games ( almost every one of them ) it says like "not support adapter ? " (OH GOD IM SO CONFUSED)

You didn't buy an R4... you bought a fake R4, which is actually a N-Card (or DS-Linker, MK5, etc.).There's a guide here:http://www.dgemu.com...howtopic=269679

I am having the save problem with my DSX. Everything works and it loads, just the saving issue comes up telling me to re-insert my card. Ive updated it all the way, so if someone could just clarify for me, is there a fix, or is it the cards issue and I need to wait for a Firmware update?

K i dont know what I did but it seems when I select the fake r4 it gives me a white screen.And also when I try to open the fake r4 folder when I connect the pc theres this error says that no device were found. Am I screwed up ?OMg .... I already tried like 30 times and still it wont work .... Is there a solution for this ?

i am having a different problem: i have an m3 perfect sd. i have the 35 firmware and gm 34d i have tired both with the arm7fix and without and am still unable to get it to play. each time i get the "data could not be written, turn the power off, and reinsert the game card" error. on my friends ds (he has the exact same settings as i do) the version without arm7 runs perfect (i have the cnbs version btw) through several tests using both our ds, sd cards and m3 adapters i discovered that the problem stems not from my game but my m3, my best guess is that i am not installing the firmware properly. i put the english version 35 (updagcsd.e35) onto my card and it updates taking a few minuites and say its finished but it still wont work, i am wondering what i did wrong.i have been at this for a few days so any help would be great.thanksps. i just realized i should post my settings, trim | 1xdma | force rw

I have the same card, and I did NOT use the arm7 fix, nor did I trim the ROM. 1xDMA and Force R/W are ok, just make sure you're not using the reset setting and you should be fine. I've done this on both the M3 Perfect SD and M3 Perfect CF.

You're using an emulator, aren't you? There's nothing wrong; emulators aren't perfect yet so all that is normal.

You probably can't. N-Card is probably the worst flashcart out there. It's makers have to sell the card under heaps of different names including using a fake brand of "R4" to make money.

You can *try* to change your firmware to the Mk5 one. Apparently it's the best firmware. But if you're not sure with what you're doing (like me, I have absolutely no idea if this will work or not), then it's best to research more first.R4 is the most preferred flashcart. Just make sure you don't buy a fake R4. The fake ones say "2GB" on it.

I tried MK5 on my card and it didn't work with most games - I get white screens just like I had with DS FireLink firmware.
