The most frustrating enemy I have ever faced would be water. That's right, water. In the levels where you have to get to the higher ground while water rises I always seem to drown, especially in the Meat Circus level of Psychonauts. The games took a huge toll on me, I had to back away from games for a month. I watched movies instead.

the most frustrating enemy I ever have faced was a black rabbit in legend of sword 3, he might be the cutest enemy but very frustrating, he owned me more than 20 times when my 3 buddies were lvl 62Gabriel in Star Ocean 3 wasn't so hard, beat him the 1st time, still the hardest enemy in this game

the lost boss in sora's story from chain of memories was ANNOYING. i liked riku's better since i could treat his game like a hack and slash seeing as he couldn't arrange his cards.

Cletus from Dead Rising. He is impossible to kill unless you have the Mega Buster (or whatever megaman's arm cannon is called... I can't remember =/). Even when I took the turret from the convicts' hummer, Frank kept dropping it whenever Cletus shot him (which was about every three seconds). And if you manage to hit him, he'll just swig some wine and go back to full health. I HATE Cletus... however it's satisfying to kill him with the Mega Buster... even if it's a one-hit cheap kill...

The hardest boss I think I've ever had to fight would be Chrono Trigger's Lavos or Metal Gear Solid 3's The End. The End wasn't really hard but he was by far one of the most frustrating to stalk and sneak up on. Lavos just annoyed me because he could one hit K.O my entire party.

Spear Guards from Castlevania Dracula X. Take like 4 hits to beat, and each time you have to get within whip (and spear) range, hit them, and get the heck away before they stabbed you.That or the Dracula fight from said game. Someone, somewhere found in too easy in the original (Rondo of Blood) and so it is now held on PILLARS. One misstep and you die. Not very helpful when there is a giant demon flying around shooting fireballs and lighting and landing on you all the time.

Savato from Trauma Centre. I had SO may tries to get it done that I went through three DS stylus pens. I ended up winning the battle by using two stylus pens but still... SO ANNOYING AND FRUSTRATING

It's not a particular enemy it's a roomful in COD4: Modern Warfare. When you play veteran mode, if you're in the broadcast station it's ridiculous how easily you can die by barely having you're head out a window. Or the fact that one basic tactic can change the entire way the battle plays out.

the boss i always hate to fight is vayne from final fantasy 12 when he's all powered up because he beats me whenever i come really close to beating him. i hate that guy/thing!!

i have a friend who beat tabuu using ivysaur. no idea how he managed that, but i reccomend a combination of samus, ike, zelda, link, fox, and squirtle.For me it's tabuu on insane @ super smash bros brawl. Just can't get the hang of his moveset

When I was younger it was always Dr Robotnik in the Casino Nights level on Sonic the Hedgehog 2. If I managed to beat him, then it was the one on the 8th level.
