I've encountered a few, but I never bothered to unlock the unlockables because i didn't really care much...If I finish a game without unlocking stuff, I'd usually just move on to another game...

Or collectables, whatever.Anyway, I'm bored, and games with lots of unlockables or collectables are my favourites because they give me goals. I'm looking for some, preferably obtainable from this site, but PC games will do in a pinch.Suggest away plz!

Star Ocean: Till the End of Times, I haven't played it but I know you can waste at least a whole year on the unlockables. Kingdom Hearts II trying to complete everything will take a little while as well but no where near as long as Star Ocean. Kingdom Hearts II only gives you a secret ending for all that effort though and it can be unlocked instead by finishing it on hard mode which nullifies the need for completing everything.

Any Final Fantasy (especially the later ones), the Kingdom Hearts series, Pokemon and a series that I've just discovered the Atelier Iris series are a good choice if you want lots of unlockables/collectibles. I actually bought the guide for serveral of the Final Fantasy games just to find out where all the unlockables are.
