Did you use a paintbrush to color in the holes in his shirt, thats readily noticable.Also it'll look better if you added a border. For the background download some brushes and use those and then try blending the render.

the BG is too empty and the way that the words are over the render doesnt look too good. the font isnt that nice. 3.5/10.

2/10. Font. PIXEL Font was over the limit, its size should always be 8!. The other font... well doesn't match.. the pic could at least be blended in and of course get some brushes

Text is Horrible, and you need to lower your sig size(50K is the Maximum Size Limit)(which means you should at least try and keep it under 50), and LOSE one. cause you have too many sigs.. wats up with people using 2 sigs anyways...??? also 400x200 is the maximum length & width.

Background, font are very plain, it's very empty. Needs brushes. The main text is covering the face and it doesn't look so good.Like 2003raptor says resize your sign the max. lenth and wdth is 450x200 and max size 50.
