Man, I really wish this was out in English right now so I woud understand the story and enjoy the gameplay. In my opinion, The Fire Emblem Series is one of the greatest fanchise ever develop and I am looking forward to playing this once it is out in English since this is the remake of the first game.

In this one's defense, you can skip a lot of things. In fact you can skip the entire enemy turn if you want.fire emblem for DS

Marth still looks like an idiot in this game. Who's the new artist that made Marth be depicted in such a horrible form?Yeah, I cna't wait for this game either. But the art is kinda intimidating me. And yes, they should also remake FE4, the best FE ever made in my opinion.

FE3 is the reason why I'm getting this. I don't know about you, but whenever I play a remake of something, it helps me appreciate the game more.Even though I've already played FE3, I'm definitely geting this.

I don't like the idea of killing off your characters to get new ones.You have to kill off 10 units to get new ones. I find it ridiculous.

Actually, half the fans outside of Japan already know aboUT this game. That is an incentive enough to localize the game everywhere else. Besides, it woudl be stupid for Intelligent System to only give Japan a remake of FE1 when they already had it before. Not to mention Intelligent system was interested in showing us how the series got started.I'm glad it's out already!I just dont understand a word.Hope someone will soon make a translation patch

MMMMMMMMMM they say that this is going to be a nes FE remake, but still it will support wifi gameplay somehow. The rumor is that you will have to fight a friend army using a prebult army

Oh and don't forget to download the newest no$gba version.Fire emblem was really slow at my emulator because I played with version 2.4c2.6a is much much faster

I think an actual, player to player battle on an actual map with landscape advantages and the like would be fairly awesome, its something i have hoped for since i first played FE6, but even though the gameplay should remain the same, i have always kinda liked sprite animation. its like eye candy for me. Nothing against 3D animation in games or anything, advancement is always good, but i was kinda hoping for more of the gba style graphics. Im pretty sure the game will be awesome with these graphics too, though, especially for the DS. Fire Emblem kinda strikes me as a better hand-held game than a console based game. Especially because Nintendo seems to like to skimp out on voice-acting, which leads to reading, which leads to straining my already bad eyes whenever i have to read off a television.

Actually, thank god they didn't do voice acting on this game. In fact, the voice acting in FE 9 and 10 were horrible. And I mean just outright horrendous. Ok ive been looking forward to this, i played fire emblem and sacred stone on the gba, they were soo fun. Cant wait till it comes out.

Are the Support Conversations back? It was disaapointing that they took them out (well, they were there, but they were very generic and boring) for FE10

Does this Fire Emblem continue the style of scissors, paper stone gameplay with the Lances, swords and axes? I found that overly simplistic system really annoying, as with revenant wings and Heroes of Mana.

More like a compensation for being stupid. As for all other questions:1. The support system is back, but there are no conversations, just levels of support. But Marth does have love interest in few girls.2. Yeah, the rock paper scissor is in it no doubt. FE wouldn't be FE without that. The exception is FE 2, however.That's for people who can't play FE.

Awesome. Fire emblem on the DS. the games for the GBA were amazing and I wanted more. I can't wait.
