This is the one I'm working on now, and my curent sig is my first. I know I didn't do too much to my current sig, and it's not as good as my new one. I also know that I need to resize the one one I'm working on right now.Other than this, where are some areas I could have done better?

Ha, your current sign is waaaay better than the one your working on. Well let me see, the background sucks, and the font too. The render, no way, you screwed it with the green and the other one has jagged edges. Blend the image into the background, get new fonts and use brushes. The entire sign is wrong man. you are waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay better off using your current sig and just putting a less-plain background on it. The metal forehead protector+green scribbles+ black background=horrible sig
