I've never ever broken any controllers before. Mainly because my bro always make sure they're in good condition.

Two controllers' analog sticks got locked in the down position and one of my controllers is smashed... (Ok getting that Sigil on FFX which required dodging 200 lightning bolts was a bad idea on their part) but I asked my friend for some so I hope I don't break them.

I have about 5 I guess...One has the rubber off one of the analog sticks missing, so if you want to play a DBZ game where you twirl the analogs you are almost sure to shred your hand to pieces. One has the left end of the controller broken open, and you can touch the rumble thing inside. Both of those controllers still work though.I had another controller that just stopped working.I got one with a right analog stick doesn't work.and another with a R2 button doesn't work.

The closest controler that I have to being broken is my old playstation 1 controller. The X button doesn't work as well as it used to (have to slam it instead of pressing it).

My controllers have been working 100% until recently - the X button was starting to stick because the contact pad ripped, so I had to take the controller apart to replace it. If that counts as a temporary "broken" controller. =)

Only one, and even then I believe it just fizzled out after eight or so years of loving service. Only console I ever had to buy a replacement controller for.

None. When I get angry over a game, I have enough sense not to break the controller. Those things are expensive, and I only have one replacement. My third controller wore out on its own after years of casual use.
