Seriously..we all know Batman can kick Sup's butt anyday. He's done it before and he'll do it again. Just gotta pull out the Kryptonite and there you go..one defeated Superman with Batman standing victoriously. Batman is so much better than Superman.

Are you kidding me? Batman takes one stray bullet in a weak spot on his armor or gets shot without his armor on and he's dead in 10 seconds!!! Superman rules!!!actually if i remember correct, batman does beat superman... superman's weakness is kryptonite.. as much as i like superman, batman really has no weakness...

Batman probably couldn't get Superman. Sure "he did it before" but superman can just blow batman away with his breath, then he can send a freaking building at him and *bam* job done.

I don't think superman was even putting up a fight to an armored and aged batman who just took every blow batman can dish out till batman had a heart attack (Or did he?)Superman has three more weakness other than the obvious kryptonite. He is not immune to magic for one which makes captain marvel a huge threat to superman. Second, he is open to any psychic control or magical domination as superman always never fail to be under the control of a lot of super villains. Third (And the one luthor always exploits) is his boy scout attitude. Just create the most amazing superman trap that will really kill superman (Like a gun that shoots kyrptonite coated bullets) and grab a school bus full of kids as bait. Superman will always take the bait and rescue anyone. The problem is, the trap will fail either because someone was with superman or the bullet didn't hit his vital organs.
