Like it says above, make sure you've seen the Sora vs Roxas scene. Then fill your drive gauge to 5 (or above), and change into any form during battle. It's still a random chance, but you should get it within 10 tries (hopefully).There are only 5 forms: Valor, Wisdom, Master, Final and Anti.

i think that the master form will only apear when fighting a boss same with the anti form so dont try master forming at nothing

Master form (the gold one) is given to you by Mickey when you meet him (in Ansem's Study in Hollow Bastion). I think you mean Final Form (the silver one). I've already written about how to get Final Form in my post above.The chance of getting Anti Form depends on an invisible parameter often called "Anti points". Changing into forms (either in or out of battle) will affect Anti points:Valor, Wisdom and Master: +1 pointFinal Form: -10 points (so if you don't want Anti-Form, just change into Final Form a lot)Anti Form: -4 pointsChanging into a form while one of your allies is unconscious will not affect Anti points.Every time you gain a new form, the points reset to 0.The more anti points you have, the more likely you are to change into Anti Form when you select one of the other 4 forms (during battle, when out of battle the probability is always 0, but your Anti points still increase/decrease as above):0-4 points = 0% chance5-9 points = 10% chance10 or more points = 25% chanceHowever, there are certain conditions that change this probability:-- Probability is zero (i.e. no Anti Form at all regardless of points) if: You change into a form while there's a non-party member friendly character fighting alongside you, such as when Hercules helps you during the last battle of the Hades Cup (in the storyline, not the Paradox Hades Cup).-- Probability is twice the normal value in most boss battles. -- Probability is four times the normal value when fighting against an Organisation XIII member. So if you have 10 or more points it's 100% Anti Form.-- Probability is 10 times more during the ending battle against Armoured Xemnas (the one who sits on the throne). So basically you'll get Anti form 100% if you have 5 or more points!The fact that the probability is higher for boss battles means most people will get Anti Form a lot in boss battles, leading to your common misconception. After the roxas cuitscene, use any of the form use have (master Form work best) and you'll might get it.

Ok, I"m sure I answered this one before, but it was a long time ago, so....The definite guide to getting Final Form:1- Seen the battle scene between Roxas and Sora at the skyscraper in The World That Never Was. This scene is un-missable, so should not be much trouble.2- Fill your charge gauge to 5 or more.3- Change into ANY form during battle, i.e. there are enemies around and your menu is yellow-ish, not blue-ish. This is very important! If it's not during battle you can try 100 times and still not get Final Form.And... that's it. It's a random chance to get Final Form each time you fulfill all the criteria, so just keep trying - if you do it right you should definitely get it within 10 tries, maximum. I've played the game 3 times and got Final form within 4 transformations each time, all in different places.
