Oh gosh the best cake ever I had was New York cheese cake if that counts as a cake? Was in Las Vegas, can't remeber the casino but gosh we grabbed a piece or two everyday me and my mom. The ones around here bought from stores never have quite that creamyness.

Carrot Cake is supreme..but only with perfect cream-cheese frosting, walnuts on the sides of the cake...AND a little frosting carrot on top!

Chocolate espresso cake... It's made with ground almonds instead of flour so it's fudgey and mmmmmmm. Made myself hungry now - to the kitchen!

Because I'm very boring, I like white cake with white frosting. I love vanilla and I love frosting, especially frosting rosettes and the superfluous rainbow sprinkles so common on supermarket birthday cakes.
