I love most any type of cake, but I LOVE my aunt's Coconut Cake and my grandmother's Strawberry cakes the most of all!

all cakes are really good if they're made rightbut the things taht really hit the spot anytime of day, anytime of year are:cheese cake (extra creamy with sauce sometimes)chocolate fudge cake double layer (LOTs of sugar but i don't really mind...)Korean Koryodang cake(its one of the best out there in my opinion)these are soo goodcan anyone make any of these really well?

I like cheesecake. The only problem I have with it is that it is really rich. I also enjoy other types of cake, such as layer cake. I can't think of any others that I enjoy, but there is one that I dislike. That would be pure chocolate cake. I don't know why, but if the cake is chocolate and the frosting is chocolate, I can't stand it.
