Its obviously Gears of War. That thing is just sick. It like when u use it its like the guy burst a pipe or something. there that much blood.

The Punisher definately gets my vote. Watching hordes of guys die repeatedly really starts to get to you after a while.

manhunt 1+2 and the GTA seriesi think that is manhunt and manhunt 2 the game you can kill peopel in a sick way

Mortal Kombat's fatalities top everything out today in my opinion.Sure, Gears of War has a chainsaw, Manhunt has executions, but they're just not that over-the-top brutal to me.

Mortal Kombat all the way, after your done beating someone to a bloody pulp you can rip their spine out their throat..not to mention brutalities in the older versions
