nice man il give it a 5/10 the border is nice but u should use color balance instead of hue/saturation

Well you go to "Layer" then to "New Adjustment Layer", and click on "Color Balance", play with the colors until you get what you want.I don't even understand this color balance thing.

ctrl+u + colorize > ctrl+b
