Not in class but been caught at work, boss was a bit anoyed at me then asked what game it was and we got talking about Christmas and let me off lol.

No... well yes I have. My friend used to bring his DS and I would play it sometimes in my lesson. I would deliberately play it in front of her because she wouldn't do much. She would tell me to put it away but after she would go, I would carry on. So, I never really got in trouble for it.

Well i take my DS too school but only on Thursday when i have homepage course and i only play on my DS when I'm waiting these 1 or 2 hours till the homepage course begins.Anyways nope

I've been caught once, Teacher never walks to back of the class, well for once she did, got detention was well annoyed

No, but as a teacher I've brought my DS to so many staff meetings I can't even count them all. I've had one student (I teach the 2nd grade) bring one in the last few years, a DS phat, and I let him take it back home. He only tried to play it at recess, so my concern was just making sure no other student stole the thing from him.

My friend was the one that got caught, but he is in the same math class as me. My teacher says, "what is that?" and my friend says, "A Nintendo DS, you should try it its fun!" So my math teacher picks it up and for about 5 minutes gets letcured on how to play. By the time my math teacher gets into it, he throws it against the wall (relatively soft, becuase it didnt break) and says "What a waste of time" and keeps talking about math like it never happened.

I never take it to school. Even if I did, I would not be caught because I painted my massive graphing calculator to make it look like a deformed calculator but resembles a NDS. So if I played I would stick it into my jacket and pull out my calculator and say I was doing homework...That was a mouthful

Yup I was cought, but it didn't matter the teacher didn't even take it away since it was after I finished my exam.

in my musik class students text the hold time and our teacher does not notice. he just walks right pass them.hehehe only reason im asking is cos a friend of mine played hers in art class, and even tho the music would keep playing and the teacher would be walking right past of standing next to us, she never noticed-guess that says something about my art teacher hey?

I played my nds for about 5 minutes in my marine biology class before, we had a substitute teacher and he didn't care, but I felt kinda embarrassed for playing nds in a class full cool teenagers. (not saying that playing nds is lame or anything)

I've been caught with my ds in class. One of the teachers took it away from and threatened not to give back until I went to detention which never happened. Instead my parents bailed me out and got it back.

I did back in the day with a gameboy, the teacher said only my mom could get it back and she never did
