Gameboy Pocket, GBA, SP, DS Lite(for those people who group the Ds with Gameboy. I dont really care if it is apart or not of the gameboy line)

My very first Game Boy was the big brick. Four colors, four AAs, bulky, but it still fit in most pockets. Sadly, it got burnt up...

I owned a Game Boy Pocket first, but my grandmother has an original Game Boy lying around her house somewhere...

My first gameboy was a aqua colored Gameboy Color, which now I think doesnt work anymore because of neglect (Me slamming and smashing it after getting mad over a game, etc)

I owned a Game Boy Color as my first (and only) hand-held system. I liked it, but they just kept on making new systems every year, and didn't want to waste money on more.

I owned an original, bulky game boy first, then I skipped everything up until the DS, which is my best electronic friend now, lol. I enjoy thinking how great it was that I skipped the gameboy advance.
oh man, that sucks. I think I still have my original gameboy and it runs, but it did take a lot of battery power to run it. small screen, pixelated resolution, and when the screen moved, the contrast changed and got lighter, it was a real piece of work. Now we have screens with true color(24 bit) or something, 3D graphics, and it only takes a fraction of the battery power that the original gameboy did! i feel old at 25. my first Gameboy was the original gray brick i got for xmas way back in 89. i had that till about 98 when i got the pocket.
