The only game I have yet to play where I could play without failing incredibly badly using a gamepad as Devil May Cry. I can't work with analog sticks.

It really depends i normally prefer using a gamepad but the WiiMote is sometimes fun to use if you get the settings right.

I haven't tried using the x360 controller, but I've always prefered to play on aa computer compared to a console, partly because I would rather have a mouse and a keyboard compared to a joypad/controller/whatever

I play most PC games with keys 'n' mouse, but RE games for PC are very difficult without gamepads, as are some X360 ports to PC O_O

I got a cheap little USB Gamepad for the occasional retro Emu play. But otherwise I use Keyboard and Mouse for everything on PC. If it doesn't feel right, I'll just rebind the keys to get it just right.I can understand the arguments for either side, but my decision is based on personal preference, and just feels wrong generally to use a 'pad on a PC....then again the only time I ever had a Keyboard for a console was for the Dreamcast, but that's another story.

This really depends on the game's genre. I think FPS and strategy games work better with mouse and keyboard, but sports, racing, action, fighting games are better with gamepad.

It all depends on the game. For me, I like using my mouse/keyboard combo for online games like Warhammer or FFXI. Controller's fine any other time. However, my boyfriend can't do too well with a mouse and keyboard. He uses a controller for everything unless he absolutely has to use his mouse/keyboard. So when he's on his Disciple of Khaine (Warhammer), it's hilarious watching him try to heal people because there's too much to do and the controller's so slow.

It depends on what type of game I'm playing. Like Devil May Cry 4. It is very hard to navigate on the keyboard so instead I use the gaming pad. While in counter-strike I cannot use the game pad because I find that it is harder for me to play with a game pad than a keyboard and mouse.
