Actually my pc ran the game smoothly at medium with two 7800 gt's....lookin forward for the gameI loved the Crysis Demo, but I had to turn everything down to low cause my computer has a 6800 in it. I thought it looked great even on low, distances weren't the best but anything within about 50 yards looked great.I can't wait till the game actually comes out, maybe they will have tweaked it more to make it run even better.

It's definately DX10 compatible BUT using a little configuration trick, you can render all the effects using directx 9. I wonder how many other games will have a neat little workaround like thisI think it's really a great game to play.I mean, it has a great graphics, and maybe DirectX 10 is too ready for it.Came out on 14 Nov' 07 DON'T MISS IT!!

Yes without a doubt. I'd be highly surprised if there's one already out that could match it. Most FPS are purely futuristic and focus on the blow people/aliens up aspect only (e.g. Unreal Tournament) but this one has a mix between modern day warfare and sci-fi. You also have to use your brain at times too (e.g. when I had to destroy 2 tanks but didn't have enough grenades and rockets to take out the second one and therefore I tricked the tank into going too near a burning gas station (and it blew up just as I arrived with a fresh supply of explosive ammo tooI have seen a lot of video about this game and I thinks is the best shooter of ever.

Check my earlier post on the first page. In contains a link to a page which shows you how to enable all the DirectX 10 eye candy on a Windows XP machine using DirectX 9. I've tried this and it DOES work and look just like it should on DirectX 10. Keep in mind that you need a very high performance PC if you expect to get a decent framerate especially with these extra effects on. So you say "My 7900 GS probably isn't up to playing this game on max" and therefore even though it'll look nicer it won't be as enjoyable unless you don't mind frame skipping during intense scenes. I know I'm not too fond of frame skipping in an action game because it makes it very difficult to aim while you're being shot down by enemy fire.Lol nice. I wish I had a DX10 card to really get the most out of it. My 7900 GS probably isn't up to playing this game on max.
