guitar hero is way better i just love it! :-) but looking at those stats its pretty darn even

I prefer Guitar Hero, and now that the newest one has options for drums and microphone, Rock Band doesn't really have a leg up anymore.

If you include guitar hero 2, then guitar hero by far. Personally, i think that the second one is the best in the game. I also love the drum set for guitar hero.

They're both the same, but because Rock Band totally ripped off Guitar Hero due to it's success, it's GH for me..

Before the entrance of Guitar Hero World Tour, I probably would have said Rock Band. But with the addition of the extra instruments, Guitar Hero once again reigns supreme.

World tour looks really great, I think its a lot more competive than rockband. Anyways from what I see, if you're just looking to have fun with a lot of people, and play casually, i suggest rockband. Although both are becoming equally popular.

I think Guitar Hero is the better franchise. I only own GH3 as I'm really, really bad at these games and didn't want to spend any more money on something that would just frustrate me!

I would choose rock band over guitar hero since the new guitar hero kinda let me down a bit. They could have done more into guitar hero world tour.

Well rockband has a better drumkit than Guitar Hero. I'll give them that. But GH's guitars are better, the notes are more responsive, better song selection, plus there's also the fact that GH is harder.... I started out on expert on rockband it was so easy...
