Celice from Fire Emblem 4. He's a woman in disguise and that's the most awesome of all. ....I'm kidding. Maybe Mia from Fire Emblem 9/10. She's got a wicked personality and such a one-track mind for sword arts 
She becomes uber in FE10, too. Either her or Natalia from Tales of the Abyss. Natalia seems to get a lot of hate - I can understand why - but I really like her because she's very strong and at the same time very human in her characterization.
