Only while playing Cooking Mamma or Feel the Magic. Especially Feel The Magic has me rubbing the stylus so freaking fast I'm worried it's going to leave scratches on the screen! So far it really hasn't though...

yea, I think that one of the best inventions that they made after the nintendo ds is the screen protector because they really keep the screen from being badly damaged and you can always get a new one and change the screen protector. So all well ends well.

I damaged the screen on a DS that I had since they first came out, last week. I think it got damaged from me pressing too hard. ;w; The lower right hand corner of the screen just doesn't react anymore. So treat your screens nicely, you guys.

Where do you get screen protectors from? As in cheap ones... I can only find ones for $50+, and i just need a cheap one to make sure nothing happens to it when my 6-year old son plays on it.

Sometimes when I'm playing (especially when it's Ouendan, where you have to "stir" that circle), I keep thinking that I'm pressing way too hard on my touch screen. But on the other hand, when I don't put pressure, my DS doesn't react fast enough. Wonder if having a protector is what makes the reaction time slow sometimes. Hmm.Then, there are times when I'm so caught up in playing, I know I'm poking my touch screen way too hard. At this rate, I fear for my DS.

I have been bashed by every one in my family & by all my friends But hay Live Your Life

i don't press mine too hard because the reaction time for mine is quite nice, partially because it's quite new, but my friend's has a lot of scratches on it.

Protectors make the sensors dulled, so I guess its ok to hit harder... after all, what are protectors for?Normally though, I never use much force when using the touch screen.

I know I'm jabbing at my DS with more force than I need because the people around me always ask what the loud tapping sound is. At least I'll know what happened to my DS when it gets messed up.

Sometimes I worry I'm pressing too hard. Usually for games where you have to use a lot of rapid movements (like in pokemon ranger, you have to draw a ton of circles around the pokemon to "befriend" it, and the pokemon is moving so you have to be quick etc) It's especially bad when I get frustrated, since I press even harder then (Lol).I've been lucky so far though, no visible damage has been done.
