streets of rage 1/2/3 and golden axe 1/2/3 are the best co-op games for sega mega-drive (genesis)soccer games can be awesome too if we play in co-op mode. i had a great time playing fifa international and head-on soccer on my console.who liked road-rash 3 in co-op mode?

i recommend seiken densetsu 3 for snes, a really epic rpg with co-op play.

For Snes I would have to say Secret of Mana. Its still rare to find an RPG your buddies and jump in and play with you.

double dragon 1 and 2 are good but 3 isnt that good and a 4 player is gauntlet corse 2 ppl can play with 2 computers and those are all for the nes corse some are for the new systems
