I am seriously saying that this is the BEST riddle I've ever come across. This one almost made my head blow up :PAnyway, I got the last 3 words yesterday. Woke up today and BANG! I think I figured out the rest of it. So here is what I think it is:"If you are a know it all, this should be easy"1 - No then becomes know.2 - All (???)3 - Hood and then becomes should.4 - Bee and then becomes be.5 - Easel. Minus the el and add on the y gives you easy.I'm not sure about number 2 because I don't see how that is a pointed iron thingy but after having got numbers 1, 3, 4 and 5, I figured that only the word "All" could fit into this. I might be wrong about number 2 but nevertheless, this is a FANTASTIC riddle.

Let's see...I'ma guess...A compass (the kind used to draw circles, not the magnetic kind), since it can be used to chart maps and such, and one point of it must remain anchored in a corner of the flat plain (the paper map).

My guess is either lines of Latitude or Longitude. They travel over an atlas, and assuming it travels over that corner of a flat plain, well... it always will.

Uhhh... lemme try and give this one a shot.Probably sounds a bit stupid but could it be a "stamp?" It stays in one corner and it "CAN" travel the world. It doesn't necessarily have to travel the world.@Finalage: By the way, I've never heard of an "AWL"

This is going to sound really stupid and is probably wrong but he took an airplane and walked the whole time he was on it disregarding takeoff/landing rules lol. Also, about the question with the stamp, I was just curious if you were being intentionally misleading or not? From what I can infer in the question, you used the word "plain" as in a flat 2D surface (because you were trying to imply that it had to do with an envelope) but in this context, it should have been spelled "plane". "Plain" is either an adjective which would make no sense grammatically in this context, or a kind of landscape/habitat (like a grassland for example). Anyway, I don't mean to be critical or anything, just gauging for future riddles what your mindset/intent is when you make them if you know what I mean :gs:.

Or he walked from any point in Australia to the US embassy in Australia, since it's considered American soil. Anyone watch Simpsons? Homer did that and got punched for abusing it.Also, I thought the 1 in the previous riddle was supposed to stay a 1, since it wasn't in parenthesis and there were no other indications that I should change it.Also also, I'll admit I just guessed on clue 1 in the previous riddle, as I don't quite get how 'musk' is supposed to be something I have to do at least sometimes...could you elaborate please?

Ahh, never mind. Tedsb is correct with the airplane. He disregarded all the rules and just kept right on walking. Good thought though Auzzie. As for being purposely misleading...perhaps. However, if I would have used "plane" one might have thought I meant the flying one. Because everything points to a suicide and none to a murder. The riddle is just trying to confuse us.By everything I mean all evidence and facts

Well, if there is literally nothing in the room how did he hang himself? You need a chair or something to stand on so you can kick it out and let yourself hang. Maybe he had a block of ice which he kicked out from under himself to commit suicide, and the ice melted into the puddle of water.

Well, it definitely has to do with a big piece of ice that he stood on to reach the rope hanging from the ceiling. Or perhaps it was a pile of snow that he'd shaped into a mound so he could climb it more easily and reach nearly five feet (nearly because there needs to be room to hang freely so he can kill himself right proper). And since it was a locked room, he probably has the key still with him. So here's my guessHe comes in with a large piece of ice or maybe several sheets of ice or something similar. He locks the door behind him, then stacks this frozen water in such a way that he can Secure a rope or cord to the ceiling, and ties it around his neck. He then proceed to kick at the support beneath his feet, hanging himself. The water unfreezes, makes the floor wet, and the popo finds him in this sorry state.

I think what happened is that he is standing in a block of ice but he did not kick it. He just waited for the ice to melt, then he dies.
